Purpose and legal basis
We use your name, email, topic and notice to respond and take steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Phone number, account of events and date of service are optional. Sensitive data may be processed where necessary for legal claims under Article 9(2)(f). Only send information relevant to your case.
Access and retention
The firm and its hosting and email providers process information as needed for their respective roles. The email alert contains a reference. Attachments are held in a restricted area. Requests are deleted from the intake portal after 30 days. If instructed, the firm transfers necessary documents to the client file and retains them for the periods applicable to the work, legal duties and legal claims.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object where the legal conditions apply, and complain to the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
Cookies and security
The public pages use no advertising or audience analytics cookies. The staff area uses a session cookie for authentication. Rate limits protect the intake service against abuse on the basis of the legitimate interest in security.
