What to check in your case
For the workplace issue, check the date and location against applicable ACT notification and authorisation rules, the work plan and team training. Decree-Law 109/2026 amended the worker protection framework. For the environmental issue, trace the waste from the site to its authorised destination. Where there was interim storage, records should link each transfer and establish final receipt.
