What to check in your case
Article 183 permits monthly payments of at least €50 over a maximum of 12 months. Apply before the case is sent for enforcement in court. If you miss one payment, all remaining instalments become due. Check the minimum for the offence cited in the notice, gather evidence of your ability to pay and use form F303 for ANSR cases.
